Eagle-eyed website visitors may have noticed we’re hiring a Front-End Web Developer here in St. Louis. As we ramp up our search for the perfect addition to our firm, we wanted to go beyond the job description and share a little more about the position as well as our ideal candidate. If you’re a curious and collaborative communicator, read on.
The Front-End Developer fills the critical layer between our web designs and their final, fully coded product. We’re looking for someone who can collaborate with our creative team to execute stunning web designs. Although we’re most familiar with WordPress, our team is fairly platform-agnostic. If you’ve got great ideas in another platform, we want to hear them. Working with multiple clients across multiple industries, our web developers enjoy a wide variety of work with an opportunity to try something new at every corner.
Above all, we’re looking for someone who fits our culture of problem solving. We want someone who’s curious enough to try multiple methods to find the right solution. We also expect someone who can manage their time effectively and without micro-management. Finally, we’re a small team, so we’re looking for someone who plays well with others in creating outstanding work.
