Refining An SEO Strategy

For Gunther Salt, rather than a full website audit, they requested comprehensive website SEO audit services to take a closer look at their SEO and SEM performance, technical SEO, on- and off-page SEO and more. 

We began by informing their team of opportunities to strengthen their content with new keywords, linking strategies and optimized website imagery. Prior to our website assessment, Gunther Salt lacked critical SEO strategies such as title tagging, meta descriptions and alt text. Additionally, our team was able to offer them ideas for web and blog content groupings around high-performing keywords associated with their business. Words such as “water softening,” “feed salt,” and “ice melt,” would only further enhance content authority and rankings on Google. 

After completing the audit, we took action by revamping their keyword strategy throughout the site on key pages, developing new blogs and launching an SEM campaign on Google to increase search visibility, drive traffic and improve search rankings. This partnership produced incredible results, including: 

  • Total keywords with search engine rankings for Gunther Salt increased by 171% from October 2023 to October 2024 
  • First page results increased by 31% from October 2023 to October 2024
  • Overall site sessions increased by 263% and website conversions increased by 500% during the SEM campaign (July 2023 to July 2024). This campaign is still ongoing.

The Saint Louis Symphony Orchestra came to us wanting a website redesign as they commenced a monumental renovation and remodeling project of the historic Powell Hall.
