Large type and navigation were paramount for communicating clearly to a wide range of visitors. A light and effortless UI allows for seamless use across all devices while retaining a low page weight for those faced with spotty hospital connections.
Most pages of the site end with a prominent call to action. Contact staff, sign up for newsletters, and schedule tours are presented to the user, with little effort on their part. Paradigm integrated all web form submissions with Bethesda’s Salesforce.com account creating a necessary and useful workflow efficiency.
