From the initial properties to the latest, our brand storytelling agency has been instrumental in shining a new light on the brand’s residential developments. Read on to see how we differentiated each of its properties through creative branding.

Ridgehouse Companies 

Ridgehouse Capital is an eminent residential development firm originating from St. Louis. As its properties expanded across the country, leadership aimed to present the brand in a united light. The first steps were changing its name to Ridgehouse Companies and building custom branding to match.

Ridgehouse Companies’ story was one of ambition and authenticity. Our brand positioning capitalized on the idea of taking hold of possibilities and transforming emerging markets with incomparable residences. As their brand storytelling agency, we conveyed Ridgehouse’s dedication to community building and future outcomes, summarized with a resounding promise: Build Forward.

As for its logo identity, we elected to show elegance through simplicity, with sleek cooper tones as an accent color. The logo’s dual shape is a nod toward the ridges in its name and the detailed line work in architectural design documents. Additionally, subtle “r” and “h” letter forms tie in the company name to the shape.

Somerset 

Many apartment developments claim to be luxury, but Somerset actively delivers on its promise. Nestled in Glendale, Arizona, this vibrant community offers residents everyday elegance and excitement. Yet, it needed a custom branding to stand out in a saturated market. 

As Somerset’s brand storytelling agency, we recognized its ability to weave refinement into simple interactions and offer serenity in a busy world. Somerset’s brand positioning framed the community as a sanctuary that strikes a definite balance between excitement and ease. From simple pleasures to new experiences, life at Somerset promises An Oasis at Home.

Its logo design became an avenue to reflect the idea of an urban oasis. Our designers used a capitalized sans serif font that was soft yet distinct. The curved edges hinted at the community’s elegance while hammering home the contemporary nature of it all. The “O” letterform mirrored the imagery of the desert sun — with a solid inner circle and blurred outline to symbolize serenity in the midst of chaos.

The Elle

The announcement of The Elle on Lockwood offered prospective residents a chance to rent in luxury in the highly desirable Webster Groves neighborhood. But to see success, the property needed to go to market with compelling, custom branding.

Our copywriters molded its brand story around the key values of community, lifestyle and convenience. While other rental communities focus solely on amenities, The Elle promises an elevated life filled familiarity. Residents could expect to engage with people they know and places they love.

As for the logo, our team infused the essence of the neighborhood into the brand’s design. By using two fonts, The Elle’s logo blends an old-world heritage with a modern style. Our designers also utilized elements of the distinct trees dotting the community by adding a subtle accent of oak and elm leaves.

The result was creative branding that was comforting, yet exciting. The Elle ultimately tasked our brand storytelling agency with extending our work on its website and social platforms — see the full scope on The Elle work page. 

The Rockwell 

The Rockwell capitalized on the growing magnetism of Huntsville, Alabama. Young professionals flocked to the area for a mix of city and suburban life — more than utilitarian, these residents sought living spaces that would further enrich their lives. 

We fostered a brand narrative that the Rockwell makes every day extraordinary. Our copywriters emphasized the idea of simple luxury at home, but also the chance for adventure beyond each doorstep. In our custom branding, Rockwell fulfills a dream of balance — where residents can always Live Well.

We rounded out the creative branding process with a distinct logo. Our logo designers chose to mirror the longevity of Huntsville through a custom serif font with script elements. Three golden pine trees accompany the text, hinting at luxury in a scenic communal location. The final logo form exuded the elite nature of this development.

The Oliver

Ridgehouse was born in St. Louis, so it was only natural to create a property in a nearby, emerging community. The Oliver was built in Olivette, where restaurants, entertainment venues, scenic locations and educational institutions are just a short drive away. However, the property was so close to the city that it needed creative branding to truly shine.

Our brand positioning framed The Oliver as the place to be — where you can live, work and play in style. Life in this community transforms into one of convenience, where the daily activities are simple and excitement waits around every corner. Our brand storytelling agency determined that at The Oliver, you reach a new level of living.

Paradigm’s design team built off the idea of approachable luxury. The logo mark combined sans-serif and script fonts to represent refinement in the center of everyday life. A color palette of black and copper further signaled the standard of modernity set by this up-and-coming neighborhood.
